Ingredients
  

1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy, depending on your preference)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or crusty bread (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon, until it’s browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess grease.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until smooth.

      Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

        Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish works well). Spread it out evenly.

          Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

            Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

              Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

                Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
