Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

1/2 cup frozen raspberry puree (or fresh raspberries)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the cold water to the pitcher and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

In a blender, blend the frozen raspberry puree with a splash of water until smooth. If using fresh raspberries, blend them directly with a bit of sugar and water until pureed.

Pour the raspberry puree into the lemonade mix, stirring gently to create a swirl effect. Set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to whip until soft peaks form.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pink lemonade mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

Top each glass with a generous dollop of the whipped cream.

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries as desired.
