4 cups watermelon, seedless and cubed

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon agave syrup (or honey)

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Start by preparing your watermelon. Cut it into cubes and ensure it is seedless for a smooth slush.

    Place the watermelon cubes in a blender. Add the fresh lime juice and agave syrup.

      Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth. If needed, use a tamper to help blend the ingredients evenly.

        Once blended, add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture becomes slushy and frosty in texture.

          Taste the slush and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more agave syrup.

            Pour the watermelon slush into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

              Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your refreshing, summery drink!
