Ingredients

2 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 cup coconut water

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Start by blending the watermelon in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a pulp-free drink.

In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with a splash of warm water (about 2 tablespoons) until it forms a smooth paste.

In a large pitcher, combine the strained watermelon juice, matcha mixture, honey, fresh lime juice, and coconut water. Stir well until everything is fully combined.

Taste the refresher and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the watermelon matcha refresher over the ice, and stir gently.

Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for an added burst of flavor and a refreshing aroma.
