Ingredients

1 bag (24 oz) frozen waffle fries

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh, as preferred)

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh guacamole

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Salsa (for drizzling)

Olive oil (for cooking)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the frozen waffle fries in a single layer. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake the waffle fries in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

Once the fries are baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Add the crumbled bacon and jalapeños.

Return the loaded waffle fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the nachos from the oven and top with dollops of sour cream and guacamole. Add the diced tomatoes and sprinkle with green onions.

Drizzle salsa over the top for an extra kick of flavor.

Serve hot and enjoy your epic Waffle Fry Nachos!
