1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned in juice)

1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

1/2 cup coconut cream (for richness)

1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 cup crushed ice

Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut cream, and lime juice.

    Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.

      Add the crushed ice to the blender and blend again until the ice is finely crushed and the mixture is frothy.

        Taste the mixture; if you desire more sweetness, you can add a touch of honey or agave syrup and blend again.

          Pour the drink into chilled glasses, garnishing each with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.
