Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped

4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well until combined. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir to distribute evenly.

Assemble Casserole: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the prepared stuffing on the bottom. Pour the turkey filling mixture over the stuffing, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining stuffing to seal the filling inside.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the top is golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
