Ingredients

12 oz egg noodles

1 can (15 oz) tuna, drained and flaked

2 cups frozen peas (thawed)

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup onion, chopped

2 cups cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup butter, melted

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, thawed peas, celery, onion, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the cooked egg noodles until they are evenly coated with the tuna mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter, then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and enjoy!
