Ingredients
  

1 ripe banana, frozen

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

A few ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions
 

Start by preparing your ingredients. If the banana is not frozen, slice it and place it in a freezer for about 2 hours to chill.

    In a high-speed blender, add the frozen banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut milk, and orange juice.

      If you're using honey or agave syrup for sweetness, add it to the blender.

        Optionally, toss in the chia seeds for a nutritional boost.

          Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit; for a thinner consistency, add a little more coconut or orange juice.

            For an extra refreshing touch, add a few ice cubes and blend again until well combined.

              Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.

                Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately, garnished with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top if desired.
