2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips, breadsticks, or fresh veggies for dipping

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until well combined.

      Add Flavor: Fold in the diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish or skillet, ensuring an even layer.
