8 ounces penne pasta

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the middle. Remove from the skillet and shred the chicken using two forks.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Stir until well combined and creamy. Gradually mix in the chicken broth to reach your desired consistency.
