Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 cup tortilla chips, crushed

1 large flour tortilla (10-12 inches)

1 small tostada shell

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning. Follow the packet instructions and mix well, simmer for about 5 minutes.

Heat a large skillet on medium-low heat and spray it with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Place the large flour tortilla in the skillet and layer the ground beef in the center, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

On top of the beef, add a layer of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the tostada shell.

Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tostada.

Dollop the sour cream and salsa over the cheese.

Carefully fold the edges of the large tortilla over the filling, making pleats to create a circular shape.

Once wrapped, place the crunchwrap seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Flip carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve with additional salsa or sour cream on the side.
