Ingredients

1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled

1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers and onions

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 12 x 16 inches.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the pepperoni, cooked sausage, sautéed bell peppers, onions, and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.

Season the filling with Italian seasoning and garlic powder for added flavor.

Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Pinch the ends to seal.

Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the dough for a golden finish.

Using a sharp knife, make several slits on top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the Dough is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into thick pieces and serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
