2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup whole milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

For Topping:

1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. The dough will be soft and slightly sticky.

    Shape the Donuts: On a floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut out donut shapes using a donut cutter or two different sized round cutters. Gather scraps and re-roll to cut more donuts until all dough is used.

      Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan or pot, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Make sure there's enough oil for the donuts to float and cook evenly.
