Ingredients

1 large bag of cinnamon sugar tortilla chips

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup strawberry sauce, for drizzling

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined and there are no lumps.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, creating a light and fluffy cheesecake dip.

Arrange the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips on a large serving platter or baking sheet.

Generously spoon the cheesecake dip over the chips, spreading it to cover most of the surface.

Toss the sliced strawberries with a little sugar if desired, then sprinkle the strawberries over the cheesecake-covered chips.

Drizzle strawberry sauce over the entire platter, adding a beautiful touch and extra flavor.

Finish off by sprinkling crushed graham crackers over the top for that classic cheesecake crust flavor.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness (optional).

Serve immediately and watch your guests enjoy this fun, shareable dessert!
