Ingredients
  

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1/4 cup heavy whipped cream

1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries (for topping)

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Crunch Base:

    In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased mini muffin tin to form a base. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.

      Make the Cheesecake Filling:

        In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Then, add in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing until incorporated.

          Incorporate the Strawberries:

            Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

              Whip the Cream:
