Ingredients

12 mini sugar cones

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Extra strawberries for decoration (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will take about 3-5 minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate the cream; mix until just combined.

Prepare Strawberries: In a small bowl, toss the diced strawberries with lemon juice to enhance their flavor.

Assemble the Cones: Start by adding a layer of the cream cheese mixture into each mini sugar cone. Then, add a layer of the diced strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling. Continue layering until the cones are filled to the top.

Garnish: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of each filled cone for that classic cheesecake crust feel. You can add extra strawberries on top for decoration.

Chill: Place the assembled cones in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the filling.

Serve: Enjoy your Strawberry Cheesecake Cones as a refreshing dessert!
