Ingredients

1 large sourdough loaf

1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

1 cup shrimp (peeled, deveined, and diced)

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 green onions (chopped)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the sourdough loaf in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread from the center to create a shallow bowl for the filling.

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, diced shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully combined.

Stuff the seafood filling into both halves of the hollowed-out sourdough loaf, pressing down gently to pack it in.

Place the stuffed bread loaf on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into thick pieces.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Storming Crab Seafood Bread!
