1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

1 carrot, julienned

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix heavy cream, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry until well combined. Set aside.

Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir-Fry Veggies: Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.

Add Sauce: Pour the cream and soy sauce mixture over the stir-fried veggies. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, approximately 2-3 minutes.

Finishing Touches: Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
