Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 medium onion, finely chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: Season the steak cubes generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Ensure they are evenly coated for maximum flavor.

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in batches (if necessary) to prevent overcrowding. Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Lower the heat to medium and add the chopped onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.

Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden (be careful not to burn it).

Combine Ingredients: Add the Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a minute. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until well-coated. Cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.

Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then remove from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the steak bites in a shallow bowl or on a plate with the onion garlic sauce drizzled over them. Pair with crusty bread for soaking up the sauce.
