Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes with green chilies (Drain excess liquid)

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons taco seasoning

1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh jalapeños, sliced (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare Cheese Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the softened cream cheese. Stir gently until it starts to melt and soften.

Add Cheeses: Gradually mix in the sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese, stirring continuously until the cheeses are fully melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5-7 minutes.

Incorporate Flavorings: Stir in the canned diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, taco seasoning, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are combined, and the dip is heated through (5 minutes).

Adjust Seasoning: Taste the dip and adjust seasoning with additional hot sauce or taco seasoning if a spicier flavor is desired.

Serve & Garnish: Remove from heat and transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh jalapeño slices and chopped cilantro on top.

Enjoy: Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
