1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place a wire rack on top.

    Prepare Chicken Wings: Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels. This is crucial for getting them crispy.

      Season the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

        Arrange on Rack: Lay the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they aren't touching for even cooking.

          Bake the Wings: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
