Ingredients
  

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 cup diced fresh jalapeños (de-seeded for milder flavor)

1/2 cup crumbled bacon (cooked and drained)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

      Stir in the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese until well incorporated.

        Add the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything until evenly distributed.

          Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

                Enjoy with tortilla chips or sliced baguette!
