Ingredients

1 lb fresh crab meat (preferably lump crab)

1 cup diced cucumber

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, diced

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp Sriracha (or more to taste)

1 tbsp lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil for an extra kick

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the fresh crab meat, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and cilantro. Be careful not to break the crab meat too much.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil if using. Whisk until smooth.

Pour the spicy dressing over the crab mixture and gently fold to combine all ingredients, ensuring that the crab remains fluffy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the Sriracha for more heat if desired.

Gently fold in the diced avocado just before serving to keep it intact.

Serve chilled on a bed of greens or in a chilled avocado shell for a stunning presentation.
