4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

8 slices provolone cheese

4 hoagie rolls

Olive oil for drizzling

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

    Add Vegetables: Top the chicken with sliced onions and bell peppers.

      Season: In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
