Ingredients

2(6-ounce) wild-caught Alaskan king salmon fillets

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon lime juice

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Lemon and orange slices (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Citrus Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

Season the Salmon: Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.

Sear the Salmon: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Sear for about 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.

Glaze the Salmon: Carefully flip the salmon fillets and pour the citrus glaze over the top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, basting occasionally with the glaze, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Serve: Remove the salmon from the skillet and plate. Drizzle with any remaining citrus glaze from the pan. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon and orange slices on the side.
