3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), sliced into strips

1 large onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Steak: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the steak evenly and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

    Prep the Vegetables: While the steak marinates, prepare the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
