8 oz fusilli pasta

1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup scallops, cooked and chopped

1 cup cooked crab meat

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Seafood: If using fresh shrimp and scallops, cook them in a pan with a little olive oil until they turn pink and opaque (about 4-5 minutes). Let them cool slightly. If using canned or pre-cooked seafood, ensure they are properly drained and ready to mix.

      Mix the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked shrimp, scallops, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and parsley.

          Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the pasta and seafood mixture. Gently toss to combine until everything is coated evenly.
