3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Prepare the Steaks: Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps them cook evenly. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
