Ingredients

1 loaf of frozen Texas toast (thawed)

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread: Take the thawed Texas toast and slice each piece into quarters, forming bite-sized cubes. Place the cut pieces into a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Fillings: In a separate bowl, combine the pepperoni slices, shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian herbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to ensure the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Combine: Pour the cheese and pepperoni mixture over the Texas toast cubes. Drizzle the melted butter and sprinkle the garlic powder on top. Carefully toss everything together until the bread is well coated.

Assemble: In a greased bundt pan (or an oven-safe dish), layer half of the coated Texas toast cubes. Pour half of the marinara sauce over this layer, then add the remaining toast cubes. Top with the remaining marinara sauce.

Bake: Cover the bundt pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate to release the pull-apart bread. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your delicious and cheesy pull-apart pepperoni pizza bread!
