Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup pepperoni slices, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.

Prepare the Dough: Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. This will create bite-sized pieces for your monkey bread.

Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered biscuit pieces, chopped pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss everything together until well combined.

Coat the Dough: In another bowl, pour the melted butter. Take each biscuit piece (with the filling mixture) and dip it into the melted butter, ensuring it's fully coated.

Layer in the Bundt Pan: Layer the butter-coated biscuit pieces evenly in the greased bundt pan. Make sure to sprinkle any remaining cheese and pepperoni mixture on top as you go.

Bake the Monkey Bread: Once all the pieces are layered in, place the bundt pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Once done, remove the bundt pan from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Carefully invert onto a serving plate to release the monkey bread.

Dipping Sauce: Serve your Pizza Monkey Bread warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
