Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add the chopped spinach and roasted red peppers to the mixture, stirring gently to incorporate.

Place the tortilla on a clean surface or cutting board. Evenly spread the spinach and feta mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about half an inch around the edges.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring that the filling stays inside.

Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the tortilla into pinwheel sections, about 1-inch thick.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
