Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk.

Place a tablespoon of mozzarella and a tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling, pinching them together to seal completely. Roll into a ball.

Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Place the cheese bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.

Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the bombs before baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.

Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
