Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully combined.

Separate Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate them. You should have 8 biscuits in total.

Stuff the Biscuits: Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly in your hand. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of the biscuit. Carefully fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Repeat with all the biscuits.

Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. If you like things a little extra, feel free to add more garlic!

Coat the Cheese Bombs: Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the melted garlic butter generously over each biscuit bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, take them out of the oven and brush again with any leftover garlic butter. Let them cool for a minute then sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 bombs
