Ingredients
  

1 large loaf of Italian or French bread

1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cups provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bread:

    - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

      - Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise, and hollow out some of the interior, leaving about 1/2 inch of bread on the sides. Place on a baking sheet.

        Cook the Vegetables:

          - In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are softened and slightly caramelized. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.

            Cook the Steak:

              - In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak.
