Ingredients

1 large loaf of bread (Italian or French)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread: Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inside bread to create a hollow cavity for stuffing.

Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni slices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.

Stuff the Bread: Generously fill the hollows of the bread with the cheesy pepperoni mixture.

Brush with Butter: Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with the melted butter for an extra golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a pop of color. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
