1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups

    Mix wet ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

      Add dry ingredients: Gently fold in the baking soda and salt until just incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
