Ingredients
  

1 lb pastrami, thinly sliced

1 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed

4 large pretzel rolls or baguette rolls

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the pretzel rolls in half lengthwise, without cutting all the way through. Set aside.

    Mix the Filling: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sauerkraut and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until warmed through. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds if using. Remove from heat.

      Assemble the Rolls: Spread a generous layer of Dijon mustard on the inside of each roll. Layer the pastrami evenly on one side of the roll. On top of the pastrami, add a portion of the warmed sauerkraut and then sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

        Toast the Rolls: Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly crispy.
