1 lb (450g) medium carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Carrots: In a large bowl, toss the carrot strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
