Ingredients

8 oz. penne pasta

1 lb. ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Sauté Vegetables: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened (about 5 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cook Steak: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the pot. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned but not fully cooked through. Remove the steak and vegetables from the pot and set aside.

Cook Pasta: In the same pot, add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and garlic powder. Stir well, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add Cream Cheese: Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed cream cheese to the pot. Stir until melted and combined, creating a creamy sauce.

Combine Ingredients: Add the sautéed steak and vegetables back into the pot. Stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and evenly distributed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve: Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
