Ingredients

8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni works best)

1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or a cheese blend)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Steak: Push the vegetables to the side of the pot and add the thinly sliced steak. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the steak is browned, stirring occasionally to combine with the veggies.

Combine Ingredients: Add the uncooked pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Stir everything together until well combined.

Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid, stirring occasionally.

Add Cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from heat. Stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper, if necessary.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious One-Pot Philly Cheesesteak Pasta with crusty bread or a side salad!
