Ingredients

1 large round sourdough bread loaf

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked

1/2 cup scallops, diced and sautéed

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Additional parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the top off the sourdough bread loaf and hollow out the inside, saving the bread pieces for later.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, scallops, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated and combined.

Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl, filling it generously.

Place the stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet and cover it loosely with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.

Serve warm, using the reserved bread pieces for dipping. Enjoy your delightful seafood sensation!
