2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup strawberry jam

Additional strawberries for garnish

Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust layer.

    Make the cream cheese filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until fully combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.

      Layer the cheesecake lasagna: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust. Top this layer with half of the sliced strawberries and half of the strawberry jam, spreading it evenly.

        Add another layer: Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry layer, smoothing it out with a spatula. Place the rest of the sliced strawberries on top followed by the remaining strawberry jam.

          Chill and set: Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cheesecake layers to set properly.
