Ingredients

1 pack (10 oz) graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

2 large ripe bananas, sliced

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped cream for topping

Additional banana slices and crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Form Mini Crusts: Use a tablespoon to press the mixture into the bottom of small (3-inch) tartlet pans or muffin tins, ensuring an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.

Prepare the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.

Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until just combined.

Assemble the Pies: Remove the crusts from the refrigerator. Start layering by placing a few banana slices at the bottom of each crust. Spoon the pudding mixture over the bananas, filling each tartlet.

Top with Whipped Cream: Use the remaining whipped cream to top each mini pie.

Garnish: Add a few banana slices and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the whipped cream for a decorative touch.

Chill: Refrigerate the assembled banana cream pies for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
