Ingredients

1 box of graham cracker crumbs (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

2 large ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup crushed pineapples, drained

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/2 cup chocolate sauce

1/2 cup strawberry sauce

Maraschino cherries for topping

Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to create a crust.

Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Ingredients: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese layer, followed by the crushed pineapple, spreading evenly. If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans over the pineapple.

Sauce Drizzle: Drizzle chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce over the top of the banana and pineapple layer. Be generous — you want every bite to have a nice mix of flavors!

Final Topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the entire cake, smoothing it out with a spatula. Top with maraschino cherries and additional walnuts, if desired.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. This helps the layers meld together and allows the flavors to develop.

Serve: Once chilled, slice into squares and serve with extra whipped cream and drizzles of chocolate and strawberry sauce if desired.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 20 minutes (includes chilling) | Servings: 12 generous slices
