Ingredients

1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup hot sauce (preferably Nashville-style or your favorite brand)

2 tablespoons cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped pickles (for garnish)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add Chicken and Spices: To the cream mixture, add the shredded chicken, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

Cheese It Up: Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Bake: Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped pickles and parsley for the perfect finish.

Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
