Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 tsp taco seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning. Mix well, then add the nacho cheese sauce to the skillet. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.

To assemble each wrap, lay a tortilla flat, spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the center, and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese.

Add a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cilantro over the top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to enclose all the fillings snugly.

Grill the wrap in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, you can also toast them in an air fryer for about 5-7 minutes at 375°F (190°C).

Slice in half diagonally, serve warm, and enjoy your flavorful Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap!
