Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles

1 tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 mini burger buns

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup finely chopped onions

Slices of American cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, dill pickles, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

      Form the Patties:

        - In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the meat into 12 portions and gently form each portion into a patty, slightly larger than the mini buns as they will shrink while cooking.

          Cook the Patties:

            - Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute, place a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

              Assemble the Burgers:

                - Start with the bottom bun, spread a generous amount of the special sauce, add a cooked cheeseburger patty, a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, a few slices of onion, and pickles. Top it off with the other half of the bun. Repeat with the remaining patties and buns.

                  Serve:

                    - Arrange the Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers on a serving platter and serve immediately, accompanied by extra special sauce for dipping.
