Ingredients

1 large flatbread or pita bread

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or arugula for garnish (optional)

Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil, ensuring it covers the surface evenly.

Evenly spread the crumbled feta cheese across the flatbread.

Scatter the sliced Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and roasted red peppers on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the toppings. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or arugula if desired.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze for an extra touch of flavor.

Slice into pieces and serve warm.
