Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups marshmallow fluff

For the Topping:

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the crumbs are well combined and resemble wet sand.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and blend until well incorporated.

              - Add the vanilla extract and marshmallow fluff, and continue to mix until smooth and fluffy.

                - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully combined and airy.

                  Assemble the Cheesecake:

                    - Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top evenly.

                      - Add mini marshmallows on top of the cheesecake filling, pressing them lightly into the surface.

                        - Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight to set properly.

                          Serve:

                            - Once set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan.

                              - Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and add fresh berries for a pop of color (if using).

                                - Slice into wedges and enjoy your delightful Marshmallow Whip Cheesecake Heaven!
